A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking and reserve your event date for balloon garlands, arches, or other party and event hire services from Bailando Balloons Brisbane. As a small family-run balloon styling business, we purchase supplies specific to your order as soon as we receive your retainer to ensure timely delivery and installation.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Please note that changes made after your retainer is paid may incur a surcharge, depending on the nature of the updates and the supplies involved.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your event, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations due to severe weather or pandemic-related issues, we can issue a store credit valid for up to 3 years, or a refund minus the non-refundable retainer.
A minimum spend of $200 plus delivery is required for all balloon styling bookings, including installations of balloon garlands, custom backdrops, and flower walls.
We respect your privacy - photos featuring clients are only shared on social media with your permission.
Your event date is only secured once we receive your retainer payment. By paying any portion of your invoice, you agree to our terms and conditions.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed. While we may accept last-minute bookings, we generally require at least 2 weeks' notice to source specialty balloons and decor. Rush fees may apply for shorter time frames.
Why is the retainer non-refundable?
Each balloon garland or arch is customised using specific colours and materials ordered just for your event. Once your retainer is received, we immediately purchase supplies to guarantee availability. This ensures a smooth and timely balloon installation.
Is your balloon business insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and can provide a certificate upon request.
Where do you deliver your balloon garlands, backdrops, and flower walls?
We deliver and install balloon garlands, backdrops, and flower walls within a 40-minute drive from Carindale, Brisbane.
How much time do you need for setup?
Set-up time depends on the size and complexity of the balloon display. On average, we require a minimum of 1 hour before guests arrive.
Can you set up balloon displays outdoors?
We recommend indoor installations due to the unpredictability of Brisbane's weather. Wind and direct sunlight can damage balloons or reduce their longevity. While our backdrops are weighted, wind can still pose a risk.
The flower walls are strictly indoors only.
Can I keep the flowers?
Unless otherwise stated, all items are hire only.
Do you provide helium balloons?
No, we currently do not offer helium balloon services.
